The Paraform connector lets an AI assistant read your Paraform data while you chat. Recruiters and hiring managers use the same connector. When you sign in, Paraform checks your account and gives the assistant the tools for your role. The connector acts as you, and it only reads. It can’t submit, move, or reject candidates, and it can’t message anyone.

Recruiters

Find roles that fit a candidate, read full role briefs, check who is already claimed at a company, and summarize your Parascribe calls.

Hiring managers

See which candidates wait on your decision, compare resumes to submission notes, and read interview feedback across your roles.

Which guide do I need?

If you are both, the assistant gets both sets of tools. Each tool acts as the matching role.
The connector is in early access, and access is by invitation. If your account isn’t enabled yet, sign-in stops with an access message. Email team@paraform.com to ask for access.

Before you start

You need all of these:
  • A Paraform account with access to the connector. Your guide lists the account requirements for your role.
  • A Google account that uses the same email address as your Paraform account.
  • Claude or ChatGPT, on a plan and workspace that let you add connectors or plugins. In Claude, use the web, desktop, or mobile app. Claude Code can’t connect, because its sign-in flow uses a local callback that the Paraform Google sign-in doesn’t allow.
The connector works only with a Google account. Your Paraform email must be a Gmail address or a Google Workspace address. A Paraform email and password alone don’t work. An email on another provider, for example Outlook or Microsoft 365, can’t connect.

Connect

1

Find Paraform

In Claude, open Settings > Connectors and select Browse connectors. Search for Paraform. If Paraform isn’t listed yet, its directory listing is still in review. Email team@paraform.com for early access.
2

Connect

Select Connect. A Google sign-in window opens.
3

Choose the Google account that matches your Paraform email and allow access. See Sign in with Google.
4

Use it

Start a new chat and try a prompt from your guide. Turn the connector on or off for a chat from the tools menu in the message box.
The server URL is https://mcp-paraform.paraform.com/mcp. You don’t need it to connect from the directory listing.

Sign in with Google

Google asks you to share your email address with Paraform. Paraform uses that email only to find your Paraform account. Paraform doesn’t get your Google password, and it doesn’t get access to your Gmail, Drive, or other Google data. Paraform checks your access on every request. If Paraform turns off your access, the connector stops on the next request.

Disconnect

  • Claude: open Settings > Connectors, select Paraform, and select Disconnect.
  • ChatGPT: open ChatGPT Plugins, select Paraform, and disconnect or uninstall it.
To cut access at once, also remove Paraform from the third-party connections in your Google Account. If you only disconnect in the assistant, its last sign-in can stay valid for up to 1 hour.

Your data

Paraform receives your Google email at sign-in, and the inputs the assistant sends with each request, for example search terms, filters, and IDs. Paraform doesn’t receive your chat history, other messages, or files you upload to the assistant. The assistant receives the Paraform data that answers your question. Your guide lists what that data can include. Your assistant provider handles that data under its own terms. The Paraform privacy policy explains how Paraform collects, uses, and keeps your data. The Paraform terms also apply.
